Dr Claire Chittleborough brings 28 years of experience across a wide range of chiropractic settings, including locum work, associateship, and business ownership. This breadth of experience has shaped her adaptable skill set, enabling her to tailor care to suit each individual’s spinal alignment needs.
Alongside back and neck pain or headaches, Claire treats all areas of the musculoskeletal system and regularly helps patients with conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, repetitive strain injury, hip and knee pain. She takes a holistic approach that may include home stretches, lifestyle and dietary guidance, and dry needling techniques to support recovery.
Claire studied at the University of Adelaide and Macquarie University in Sydney, graduating with a Master of Chiropractic in 1996. Over the years, she has combined clinical skill with a strong belief in treating the whole person. Her ongoing commitment to personal development over more than two decades has deepened her understanding of how emotions can influence physical health, which she integrates into her care.
