As a Mother & a midwife, I understand all too well how overwhelming and daunting the thought of pregnancy, birth and parenting can be. I truly believe that knowledge is power. I aim to provide you with the knowledge and skills that you need to embark on this journey and to eliminate some of the high levels of fear that surround childbirth. My name is Sarah Tooke and I am a married Mum to two boys.
