Polyester Acoustic Panels (cut to size)

Polyester Acoustic Panels are a pliable, high performance solution for many commercial & industrial thermal & acoustic insulation requirements. They comes in panels or batts that can be cut to size from 300mm wide to 2400mm wide and various lengths. Densities range from 11kg/m3 up to 60kg/m3. The higher the density and thicker the panel the higher the acoustic insulation performance.

They are most often used in commercial buildings as high performance sound proofing where other standard products do not meet the requirements or in industrial applications requiring a heavier density product.

Polyester is a safe, non toxic, allergy friendly, light weight material that has high tensile strength, robustness & is unaffected by moisture. High performance acoustic Polyester Batts are itch free, contain no added Formaldehyde Binders, require no protective clothing to install, making them a safe insulation option for you & your family.

Our High Performance Polyester Batts are Australian Made and have a Zero Ozone Depleting (ODP) rating, contain negligible Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) and 80% of the fibers are recycled from plastic bags & other packaging materials, so they are safer for the planet too.
